Meet Flash Flood, the youngest kiddo of High Winds and Sunny Delivery! Pulling almost a complete opposite to his sister, Flash is somber, quick to become moody, and keeps to himself. It’s quite easy to ruffle his feathers (literally), which causes him to struggle making more friends than the few he has. Flash spends most of his time in his room isolating from his family and relaxing in the one place that’s actually his. He’s exceptionally talented at weather control and flying, and works as a Storm Chaser, where teams of pegasi wrangle rogue or out of control weather fluctuations, like tornados, unscheduled storms, and the occasional blizzard. He usually comes home from work exhausted and sore, which only adds further to his moodiness.
