Hmmm ... possibly ... the original post doesn't seem to have anything to do with Pony.
Update - It looks like the artist very much meant this to be interpreted as a Twilight Sparkle cosplay, even though they didn't tag it as such on the original post. I've also reached out to the artist to verify the artist tag is correct.
