Twitter converts all still images to jpg.
So, if you used the Derpibooru Fetch function to get the image from Twitter, than Derpibooru could only retrieve the jpg.

What? You uploaded it as PNG, but it quickly turned into a JPG file? Dude, there’s something messed up with the file type transiotioning. I don’t see that happening with me very much, but there could be others that might have the same situation as you. How to fix it? Well, probably try re-uploading this and check the file type, then see if what you believe is correct in the file type, JPG, for instance.
