your current filter.I don’t pay attention to concept leaks. But that is a really good design for Rainbow Dash, I must admit. Her mane reminds me of how it looked in Pony Life, to be honest. And I wouldn’t be surprised if her Pony Life mane was inspired by those concepts.

Rainbow Dash’s mane style was very different, though. And the colors were in a different order.
I can’t quite put my finger on it really. There’s no way someone else would have rainbow hair, right?
The shape is the same, sure, but the colors are completely different. Also, Bowie didn’t have the multicolored hair that Zipp has in this shot.
