I can agree. Zipp would rather give up her wings than take part in such shenanigan’s. But I can see Pipp being insistent especially if the Pipsqueaks request it and she’d likely pursue it from the perspective of sharing her hobby with her older sister which is a big part of their characters. Zipp would likely say no but it would be hilarious seeing Pipp try to trick her sister Zipp into suggestive scenes and salacious photo opportunities only for Zipp to discover the ploy and fly away. Solid comedy.
Yeah, them not exageraating Pipp being an influencer, or making it her main characteristic, has kept her from being annoying I think.
She certainly is a popstar, but like Eragor said, it’s not the ONLY thing she is. I think Pipp could’ve maybe worked well as just a popstar and eventual mane stylist, but so far I think her being an influencer has been handled fine. I think I’d like it more if they either went deeper into the challenges an influencer can face with their job and fame…ooooooor if they made it funnier. I think Tell Your Tale’s Maretime Bay Day 2.0 and the recent G5 comic issue have been a good example of the former.

Yes. Honestly that would be really great story. Pipp tries to convince Zipp to take some videos with her for her social media pages, but slowly trying to get Zipp more comfortable by making things more and more suggestive. I can dig it.

I sincerely disagree. I don’t social media influencer going away as quick, considering it’s grown over the years since G4 has and feel it could be a relevant part of the internet culture going on forward. Either way I feel it’s not been exhausted so hasn’t dated the new gen yet and most importantly I think there could be some fun stories and characterization that can come from Pipp’s social media presence that also would be very unique from G4 helping this gen establish its own flavor.
I feel Pipp is somewhat of a Popstar just its a part of her larger identity she projects as a Royal and Social Media influencer. I mean she had a big song in the movie and regularly sings at her business Mane Melody. And will agree Pink Unicorn, great jokes and memes are a big a thing.
