Worst case scenario, they made this the final episode of the show simply because of obligatory epic battle or something.
People just refuse to accept that Hasbro has made it clear this… thing is not canon. Even if Twilight’s ghost comes back, even if temporarily, I seriously doubt she would ever say anything like this to Sunny and friends.
