I’m not saying it’s the best idea to recontextualize Aryanne, but if you ask me, it would be nice to see her go through a redemption arc.
Though a different German pony that isn’t based around any stereotypes would be great.

I would suggest to just come up with another german pone entirely. Aryanne’s whole point is to be a dog whistle or edgy joke and it will never be possible to seperate her from that.
