Description
By the time Tappers generation came into adulthood, the Mark 3 Specter Poweramor had become standard issue and wasn’t all that liked due to it’s helment, which looked like a spright bot. Still, the added tech and cheaper repair and production cost ensured all members of the specter’s would have their own power armor.
For tapper, she though the helmet was cute, and liked how the under armor wasn’t nessery to use the main power armor, meaning she could wear other cloths under the armor for “Experimentation”
