this makes. Perfect sense. He’s really powerful, he’s insane, and he’s “ not in harmony with his Zanpacto”, thus unable to use his Shikia or Bankai. Sweetie Belle should be replaced with someone with more of a connection to Discord, though. Maybe Screwball?

I believe that King Sombra is better suited as Zaraki Kenpachi because they are both brutal, bloodthristy and savage fighters who can only be defeated by the protagonists or by supercharged secondary characters. And because Sombra with Kenpachi’s accessories, character and personality would be fucking badass.
