The abuse of fluffies, both drawn and written, mostly. 4chan has always had a problem with guro, which is one of the few things not allowed on any of 4chan’s porn boards. That and there’s plenty of users who absolutely despise fluffies even without the abuse. It’s pretty common for le epic trollz to come into fluffy threads and say something like “you sick sociopaths need help, you’re pretending to abuse toddlers,” nevermind that fluffies are entirely fictional.

This board almost went the same way in the beginning after PB died…mods wanted to delete all Fluffy Ponies, but listened to the public instead…

The #1 thing that everyone always seems to ignore is that faust didn’t visit /mlp/ just that one time, she frequented it. then everyone sperged when she came forth with it. So I’m taking it that /mlp/ is now in terminal decline? I’ve been there a few times in the past couple of days after hearing about the new mod, and it seems that a majority of people still there are calling it “the end of /mlp/”, while a steadfast few are saying that it’ll recover.

Yeah, the “work safe” and Barney thing was pretty wat. I’m pretty sure every workplace that’s SUPER STRICT about internet use already bans 4chan outright, and everyone else is sane enough to avoid it (and many other sites, including this one) if it’s ever potentially an issue.
 
It’s even more aggravating that moot’s initial post for /mlp/ was “the rules will be decided by the community”, when as seen now that’s not the case at all.
 
I have my issues with /mlp/, and several nor/mlp/eople strive to remind everyone of how much of an utter faggot I am, but, hey, at least I don’t double back on my own words like that and expect everyone to take it and smile.
