Bat ponies were introduced in Luna’s “debut” episode, and we know little about them, and found them fascinating as a result.

Mothponies are cute, and there is nothing at all wrong with that.

I like moths and all, but it’s really the way they kind of came out of nowhere and basically seemed to “replace” bat ponies as a “new thing” that puts me off about them.

It’s like that Ed, Edd, n’ Eddy episode with the fads.
