Problem is, Sunset Shrimmerer just wanted power. You can’t call somebody “bitch” for having ambitions.
 
 
Also, if this is a follow-up of a previous picture, Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon just pulled a childish prank on Princess  
Celestia, a ruler that pulls pranks on regular basis. Unless the cushion was full of nails, it would be pretty OOC for Celestia for snap at the two fillies.
