The man pictured is a pro wrestler who has gone by a few names. His real name is Bill DeMott, and he also wrestled as General Hugh G. Rection (lol get it?)

But he got his start in World Championship Wrestling under the name “Hugh Morrus,” where he would laugh like a madman during and after his matches.
