The rejected foals are still alive as the “trash can” looks more like a fish tank than a disposal and the fluffy washouts could be sold as therapy animals for hospital patients especially the children with cancer

I would rescue the discarded foals and give them to hospitals as therapy animals

They ones that are discarded don’t go to the next step where they get fed some formula. Without that formula, the discarded foals will likely starve within the hour, if they aren’t crushed by others or drown in excrement before hand.
