The picture is from the fan comic ‘The Usual’ by ‘pyruvate’. Ironically, I found the comic by looking for a picture for this model. Rainbow Dash goes to the spa after seeing how happy Rarity is after a visit. She has a go at them for offering her a mud bath, saying ‘I could do that for nothing at Applejack’s farm’.  
The comic gets…a little more interesting after that.
