I didn’t watch Season 4.
I actually had an idea sorta like that with Luna.
Luna comes by Nightmare Night, big and swollen with foals. When the crowd of colts and fillies asks about it, she replies that she’s carrying babies inside her, which causes everypony to panic and run off, screaming that she really is a foal-gobbler. Only Apple Bloom remains, who is A: The aunt of the foals, and B: actually knows how foals are made given that she lives on a farm.
and the kid runs out screaming that the teacher is a cannibal.
