Might depend on how you interpert the end of Darkworld. For me, Amicitia herself ceased to exist when the sisters came into being. And for good once Discorded Ponies ended like it was supposed to. But that’s my take on it. The author would know more though.

Calling them Amicitia is a stretch I think. Yes, the Half-Light sisters can be considered her daughters, but I think its no more concrete than that.
