Like I said. I know. All I’m saying is it would be nice after all she’s done that she continues to do that she could get a power up that is worth something.
 
What can Sunset do? See memories and ‘read minds’…that’s kind of useful but not really.
 
Pinkie can make sprinkles explode
 
Applejack has super strength
 
Rainbow has super speed
 
Twilight as telekinesis
 
Fluttershy can summon animals for aid
 
Rarity can create diamond shields
 
By comparison she’s not as strong as her friends and as their appointed LEADER I don’t feel that should be the case

Seems a little odd that the Equestria Girls version of Twilight Sparkle would have wings while Sunset Shimmer doesn’t, huh? I never really thought of it that much, but a lot of people seem bothered by this. So, I did some thinking.
Well, in the first Equestria Girls movie, it’s implied that the human counterparts channel the power of their pony counterparts whenever they ‘pony up’. That’s why Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash get wings while the other girls don’t, and horns would just look weird on a EG. EG Twilight channels Princess Twilight’s power. Princess Twilight has wings, ergo, EG Twilight gets wings. Frankly, I think it would be more confusing if she didn’t get wings.
While you can make a case for Sunset Shimmer deserving those wings, they wouldn’t carry the same symbolic weight as they do in Equestria. In the EG world, there is no triad of unicorns, pegasi, and earth ponies, and there are no alicorns. There are only those with magic and those without. Human Twilight having wings doesn’t mean anything beyond her being linked to her pony counterpart.

To be fair Sunset saved not just the human world but by extension Equestria when she stopped Midnight Sparkle AND she created the element of empathy as one of the elements of harmony…she literally created an ethereal force of friendship by willpower alone…that i believe earns some damn wings

Princess Twilight got her wings by creating a new type of magic. If all you need to do to earn wings is to save the world, then the Mane 6 should have earned wings/horns several times over.

I mean I know that I’m just saying why haven’t the elements of harmony deemed her worthy? I mean I personally think she is and Hell? In My Past is Not Today she sprouts phoenix wings which YES I know is supposedly to be symbolic but COME ON! Give the girl something; I mean Hell the other rainbooms even have better super powers than she does which I find really annoying.
 
How she gonna be the leader and have a power that does nothing to protect her? Like….wut?
