In 1993 the DEA attempted to raid a compound owned by ‘The Branch Davidians’ whos leader claimed himself to be Jesus, the raid went wrong and they ended up having a 50 day standoff with the FBI and Texas National Guard, on the 50th day the Compound caught fire after armored vehicles put tear gas into the compound. The compound burnt down and killed all 76 people inside.
