All the signature cards in S3 are real actually signed cards. There’s only a 100 per each VA (10 total cards), and they sent the cards to the VAs to sign.

It’s potentially real. Apparently the odds of getting an autograph card are 1 in 480.
 
As for worth, it probably isn’t worth much money-wise unless you try and pawn it on E-Bay.

These are never “real” signatures, IIRC. Just reprints of a “master” signature.
