Tank as a B’t
The patterns on the shell are particle cannons (whose shots can be fired in either a straight line or can ‘bend’ once to seek a single target). there is no cannon on top of the shell because that’s an entry point inside where the rider (and allies) can access the medical facilities or other quarters.
the female figure is a representation on how small rainbow dash is in comparison to Tank.
I was thinking of adding his helicopter gear as an add-on flight unit but that set-up is very impractical, so a gamera style flight system would be used (that or an anti-gravity system)

i’m done with philomena. just need to scan it
up next would be spike just to complete the four spirit generals set. apart from that, anything goes

Seems there could be a market for it though… I may have to look further into it in future :)
either they don’t want to mess with their toys or they don’t know/have the casting materials
Hmmm I don’t see why more people haven’t done a full cast.
Technically the process would be very simple and the original could be either used in the plaster cast so its replaced with metal and turned into a statue (possibly in a pose)or you could make casts of the individual parts to be put together later saving the original.

i have encountered people casting toy parts before (GI joe parts get turned into jewelry) but not full toys

I have been temped to get some old figures I used to own (like gundam), disassembling them and cast them into steel or maybe copper just to get that worn look over time.
very odd but not uncommon. i have encountered some KOs having tougher plastic than the originals
Would you find it odd that the knockoff was very sturdy?
I mean that thing was so well put together you could try to break a leg off and it would just spring back into place.
I used to drop things a lot as a kid but damm that thing could take a beating XD
shadow fox was a nice design but for some reason, the only zoid that i felt the plastic was actually good was the command wolf ac. all the others felt the plastic is weak.
Unfortunately I didn’t collect any apart from one knockoff.

in white, with a button that had a walking cycle and a wired remote that had forward, backward ans 2 sound-fx XD
missile tortoise! the better tortoise zoid (cannon tortoise isn’t very poseable)

the only other comparable turtle mech I could think of was from zoids.
