what matters is FEATS
 
for example
 
this is a feat: lifthing and throwing a oil tanker, an object weighing, IIRC _*120,000_* tons a DIRECT and MEASURABLE demonstration of power
 
  
as of right now, celestia has no feats, beating sombra doesn't count because we cannot measure it, and sombra has no combat related feats either. This may change as of right now, the only IN-verse explanation to celestia NEVER saving the day {aside from lesson zero} is that, frankly, she's a weakling  
but tbh that only ADDS to her character, I actually LOVE celestia, she's one of my favorite characters and I feel that if she were really an overpowered godlike being, it would just turn her into a big troll
