Funny thing, the headcanon that Scootaloo is Derpy’s daughter, and Dinky’s sister, never really did catch on. Because this is the second picture that has Scootaloo as Derpy’s daughter.
I see her as an alternate version of dinky that the doctor found and brought to Equestria prime (he was drunk or something) and now since he can’t remember where she belongs to he decided to keep her much to delight of derpy and dinky.
