Most spiders that can bite won’t kill you if you’re not allergic, their venom isn’t strong enough.

I’d imagine so, since one of the factors involved is that for a lot of species, even if they do bite, their fangs are too small to pierce the skin (or at least that’s what I’ve read).

Also, I’d imagine that if anypony knew which spiders were dangerous and which weren’t, it’d be Fluttershy.
