Hey, it much better then him suddenly staying dead after coming multiple times at the end of the premier for literally no other reason then the plot demanding he stay dead.

And who said Sombra can’t be best villain. Fakes his death multiple times until Grogar is absolutely sure he’s dead then come back in the finale, knock him out with a frying pan and then take Grogar’s power for his own.

Another twist could be revealing that he knew where the bell was the whole time and replaced it with a fake when everyone thought he was still dead.
