[completed] Replace upload 1616923 (nsfw) with higher-detail, but technically lower res image?

May we replace the blocky, upscaled image with a higher-detail, non-rescaled image?  
Burgerkiss remarked in the comments that he’d be OK with reposting and merging this image, but due to technical restrictions I’m unable to do so. :)
 
NSFW post >>1616923 is a 765x765 image that’s been resized to very blocky 2296x2296 pixels. However, since the original much more detailed copy of the image is technically lower-resolution at 2000x2000 pixels (and a JPEG, not a PNG, plus previous de-duplication), it’s auto-blocked from being uploaded.
