This sketch was inspired by a comment I received on DeviantArt on my first Sirens Hebi No Onna sketch:
Adagio: “I just want a hug…”
Aria: “Oh, Hell no!”
Adagio: “What?”
Aria: “Every time you make us hug someone, Sonata breathes down my neck!”
Sonata: “I DO NOT!!”
Aria: “Do too!”
Sonata: “Do not!”
Aria: “Do too!”
Sonata: “Do n-”
Adagio: “Girls, quiet! Don’t make me get the socks again!”
Aria and Sonata (in unison): “We’ll be good!”
I just HAD to draw THIS exchange! XD

Just craning their long necks to look around, and essentially act like arms (albeit using their snouts and jaws as manipulators). Chapter 2 of the fanfic by Eyeswirl the Weirded explores their conjoined state, and poses a few good questions as to how such a being could even function on a daily basis.
So their jaws are like her hands, but they still can control their tongues and eyes. And what’s the maximum extent of control Sonata and Aria have up to Adagio’s shoulders?

Adagio, being the host/main body, can override control of Aria and Sonata if she so chooses (i.e. forcing their mouths shut). She seldom does though.
Eyeswirl the Weirded on FIMFiction.net has begun writing a story based on this very concept!

A fellow brony shared with me this story that he’d once heard about the Hebi No Onna…
Once, there was a woman whose husband was having an affair. A snake kami (spirit) heard her wish for revenge, and gave her the ability to poison someone through the touch of her hand. However, the kami warned her only to use it against her husband who had wronged her and no one else.
Sure enough, the woman poisoned her cheating husband, but did not stop there. Despite the snake kami’s warning, she went ahead and poisoned the mistress as well. The kami then appeared before her and placed a curse upon her that transformed both of her arms into venomous snakes.
Cool.
Hebi-no-onna. also known as snake women, are powerful spellcasters who can control snakes of all sorts. They often dupe normal men and women into forming cults dedicated to themselves in order to further their selfish and evil aims.
Hebi-no-onna have the bodies of exceptionally beautiful women with writhing serpents instead of arms. They have the skin tones, dark hair, elegant eyes, and delicate bone structure characteristic of oriental regions. Hebi-no-onna most often wear finely made kimonos, so that they may easily hide their arms within the voluminous sleeves. They adorn themselves with jewelry, especially that which features valuable gemstones.

But what about bathroom breaks? I’m pretty sure that’s not going to be pretty.
Hebi No Onna are almost always served by a cult of admirers (both magically dominated and willing) who wait on them hand and foot. They could just command one of their sycophants to scratch the itch for them.
Although, I doubt having all that help would keep these three from bickering like they do!
