Yeah, that’s a boy pony, named Ace.
Boy ponies looked almost exactly like girl ones, except their voices, and eyes. Also, this was apparently back when blonde long haired dudes were hip. So his mane was kinda boy-ish for back then.

Yup they are both male ponies and they are also both douche bags, but the blond(known as Ace) is worse since the the blue one(Teddy) at least tries to improve himself.
At least Teddy tries to be better though. Ace really doesn’t.
