My headcanon is that Spike is afraid that if he were to go for Sweetie she would think he only likes her because she is Rarity’s sister.

But I’m also a “Spike gets every mare” kinda person, with leaning more towards TwiSpike.

This is still well drawn BTW. Kudos.
