Yeah, I didn’t notice it until that comment either.
Just my 2 cents, but I honestly think it’s a stray line as well (plus, as you say, it’s not flagged as mature in the source). I didn’t even notice it until it was pointed out. And if I look closer, I see plenty of other stray lines as well.
In the end, I guess it’s under a moderator’s discretion.

It’s not tagged as mature content on DA, and honestly it looks more like a stray line than anything else to me.
I won’t touch the tags but I really don’t think anyone would find this picture objectionable.
