By looks, not by functionality, you just gave a reason of functionality, so that kind of retarded reasoning when you know how that kind of thinking didn’t play a part in how they came about.

I think only the helmet looks a little goofy. Her horns aren’t too bad, ram style horns are fine.

For some reason, she was disguised as a green armored dragon, but was revealed to be a blue armored dragon.

A bit of both. It’s definitely the armor that’s the worse of the two but her horns are phenomenally stupid-looking.
