I assume it’s a multiverse, so the alternate timelines wouldn’t stop existing. Every time they travel to the point of divergence, there aren’t multiple copies of Twilight and Spike there, so it’s not the exact same timeline they return to each time. I guess Starlight is always there because she’s “out of time” like Twilight and Spike. It’s part of the spell, I reckon.

Wow, this is really depressing. Okay Starlight haters, I really can see where you’re coming from on this end.

After the season 5 finale, did all the alternate timelines cease to exist? Are they still continuing on now? It shall forever remain a mystery.
