It’s probably a psychological effect. Any amount of color, even if it is still technically monochrome, stands out against standard black and white. It’s just eye catching when put side by side with something void of color. There are plenty of people that filter out black and white images as a kind of visual white noise if that makes any sense, so your red monochrome coloring style avoids that mental filter.
 
In other words you kind of answered your own question:  
Because it stand out of other color.
 
Of course there’s also the fact that your art style looks beautiful too.

Red is a color that I usually used when sketch art. Because it stand out of other color. When Villain Win is the first comic series that I used this color to draw. Because I kinda bored and tired from drawing comic with full color that time. I want to draw something real quick and making comic with full color can’t give me what i want. So I just sketch it and show it without cared what people think for posted non-color art…But somehow it become popular and this style of comic become a signature art style that make people remember me…

Because I can make this comic come out faster. Between 8 monochrome comic page per month or 2 full color comic page per month? Which one do you think most people prefer?

This is very erotic and interesting, but I gotta ask; why is the sequential art in red monochrome? The stand-alone art is colored normally, but this just looks like I’m watching porn on a Virtual Boy!

It’s because he is only handsome and gentle dragon in Ponyvile that make most mare fall for him without him doing anything. I don’t think he can teach any stallion any charm since it because he is a dragon. Not because he is casnova. He married with AJ in this world also. All heart for her.

I’m not sure which world of Spike you talking about. But Spike in this Crazy Future world have only Rarity. He can’t be a great teacher for charm and harem here since his heart is only for Rarity.
