No offense man, but if you’re willing to drop $2000 on a custom plush and are as desperate as you say, I don’t think doing a little searching is out of the question.

$5000 could buy you a used car in some places here. That’s equivalent to $4647 Euros today.
I don’t keep track of custom plushie prices, but I do know how much I’ve seen some go for. A well-made, show-accurate regular-sized plush can go for several hundred. I’ve seen a few including a very impressive, very show-accurate Luna go for $1000. I can’t tell you for certain, but I have a feeling a plushie like above would probably run you around the $1500-$2000 mark. I’ve seen a life-sized one before go for around that.

If you’re serious about that, I’d quickly believe you’re either A. Extremely loaded and B. Extremely desperate, or C. Don’t realize how much that actually is in USD.
If you take a look around the fandom, I’m sure you’ll find plush makers who you can commission for one of this size. Maybe even the one(s) who did the OP’s. I’d just suggest not waving the figure of $5000 under their nose off the bat. I’d personally consider that a horrible rip-off.
