We’ve also got the fact that as a unicorn her solutions had to be a little more creative, but as an Alicorn they have to downplay her implied powers because then a lot of things would (potentially) become too easy.

She’s also got the “princess chest” (bigger curve to match the additional height) and her horn is just a little longer.
I’m fairly certain they’ve also kicked up the adorkable factor to make up for the loss in screen time.
Well yeah, she’s the same ol’ Twilight, just a little taller and with wings.
Truthfully I miss the library too, and I liked her better as a unicorn because it rounded our the twos in the mane 6 quite nicely, two of each pony race. :P
But that being said, I like her just as much as an alicorn, I just don’t consider her much of a princess compared to the other three. (or four)

It turned out better than I had feared, albeit Twilight still suffered by getting relegated to fewer and fewer episodes, and I will never accept the destruction of the library. I’d still rather have her a unicorn, but it hasn’t been that bad otherwise.
I remember when the first hints of it happening were seen way back before season 3 even started, and all the theories people had for it being true/not being true.
I was there when it happened. I didn’t really engage in the drama. I just waited and saw how they handled it. I thought they handled it fine.
Yes, it surprised me when I realized that tipping point was coming. I still feel odd thinking about it now. The Alicorn drama is still fresh in my head and seems like only last year or so.
Twlight has been an alicorn longer than a unicorn now. It’s kind of hard for this old-timer’s head to wrap around sometimes.
I’ve personally seen people on here who didn’t get into the fandom until S3, S4 or even S5 and were completely unaware of some earlier things. It would not surprise me in the least to find an artist like that who didn’t know.
Funny how such a massive change to the show wasn’t even a big spoiler to begin with.
I’m almost entirely certain that any artist involved in the fandom is aware of the fact that Twilight wasn’t born an alicorn. There may be a few outliers, of course.
Most pictures that show alicorn twilight with her brother is likely meant to take place sometime after her alicornification.
Quite true, it just wasn’t something that was in my mind when I wrote this.
Basically it was left out for convenience of the clop.
I have less of a problem if it’s born out of fetishism and/or magic. But in my experience the majority of the times I’ve seen it, the artist/writer simply had no idea that it was a thing.
No refractory period/multiple orgasm can be a fetish as well, so it’s going to show up regardless of how feasible it actually is. Considering the subject matter it can be explained away with “because magic” anyways.
The complete disregard for the refractory period is one of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to porn in general. Especially when you’ve got the writer/artist having their characters have sex like 10 times in a row with no break.
The concept of flare is interesting, like prehensile penis in whales.
RecoveryRefractory period is cool, because allows some petting and teasing.You could still taste it even after you’ve swallowed, and in my head there was still some left. Though tbh, I could’ve portrayed that a little better.
