Description
In an Equestria where the mares have achieved perfect dominance, a popular type of horn ring anchors tightly around a stallion’s horn, but its magic-suppressing material does not initially touch it. The ring reacts to magic, pressing the composite against his horn to stifle any spells more potent than mild to moderate telekenesis. This allows the stallion to carry out small magical tasks for his mare when commanded, while being kept adequately restrained.

That the ring has a keyhole in the first place implies the mares eventually have to let the stallions out for whatever reason.
What happens when stallions and colts misbehave? Are there groups of males trying to escape the iron rule of the mares? How are the males first broken and made submissive?
Jokes aside, i really like your art. he looks very cute and submissive. <3

I was originally using Dr. Horse as a reference for the mane style. It’s been so long since I started this drawing that I forgot. Looks like I didn’t even change the color scheme… It’s more appropriately tagged as Doctor Horse, then; tags fixed. Thanks for pointing it out.
P.S. I’m kinda amazed you were able to recognize him, lol. I think he’s only in 1 episode from, like, season 2.
