Yeah there’s really no hiding it in this case whatsoever. A sheathed one would be debatable, but only with a constantly tucked tail which would probably draw attention itself.
Realistically I think this would just be a good reason for skipping all classes that day. But that wouldn’t make for a fun story.

Every class she has is going to be with a penis. That’s something that a nudist can’t hide. this is bad news to her because she’s going to be walking around in a way that shows she was messing with sex spells.
Effectively it’s like us not being able to take out a sex toy for 24 hours in a nudist colony.
