I know this is becoming a bit of a repeated phrase, but critique like that is exactly what artists need, bud. Good to see another person out there doin’ good, puttin’ forward the good word, and helping artists improve. Keep on keepin’ on.
I would never be so rude, even if I didn’t like the artist’s work.
I wish I could fave this comment just for being actual constructive criticism, rather than the sadly more common “Don’t take this personally, but your art, like, sucks and crap.”
I’ll never take offense at constructive criticism. I’d be a shitty artist and shitty person if I did that. I appreciate a good critique. It’s what helps me grow.
Glad to hear that, the fact that you’re not angry not the fact it’s a common mistake. I’m just a bit of a worrier when it comes to critiquing someones artwork. I do love your work though. :)

But for reals, I have literally no reason to be insulted by that. That’s perfectly accurate observation–and frustratingly more common than you might think. I make that exact kind of mistake a lot actually. x_x
