This is not true, Twilight and Trixie are not half Sister and will never will! Trixie dad is not knowing befor and now we got the right pony to be her father , he a stage pony like her and both are the same coler of eyes,fur and mane but not the same cutie mark!

I choose to believe that Night Light got around as a young man and that all of the major (mare) villains are related to Twilight in some capacity. It would explain why they’re all named (more or less) after variations of “Twilight Sparkle”

Season 8 has blown this theory out of the water. Unless this indicates that Trixie is under the impression that Night Light is her father…

I prefer the way one fanfic handled this: Trixie’s mom and Twilight’s parents are very close friends, and helped her have a foal to help get her jerkass parents off her back about having one.

No, she is around the same age as Twilight, BUT it makes Night Light a very bad Husband to Velvet & a very bad Dad to Trixie.  
Trixie’s Mom is VERY good in getting stallions very drunk & sweet talking them to bed withoutprotection & only she knows that Night Light is Trixie’s father.
