In chapter 23 of Season 1 “The cutie mark chronicles” she talks about going to Celestia’s school of gifted unicorns, when everyone was already going to school, plus she was still studying or was already finishing her studies when she net her friends in the first episode, with this info it suggests that she’s the youngest one of all.
