Well, we got s10… in comic form.
 
And sadly, Celestia got only two episodes focused on her. (three, if you count celestial advice)

I’d say that Twilight is the protagonist, and therefore, it’s her episode. With a lot of focus on Celestia, but still a “Twilight episode”.
 
Not that it keeps me from loving the episode, anyways.
