I suppose this is mildly funny if you’re already a fan of these OC’s and recognize them by sight and know of their relationship.

The joke still works and is much improved if you, for example, used more broadly appealing characters. Lyra and Bon Bon, Vinyl Scratch and Octavia, or whatever M6xM6 pairing you prefer.
