I know, my comment was more in jest towards what happened on the venerable Ponibooru when the Lyra toy was released.
Though Lyra and Heartstrings are two different names for the same pony, both of with are correct since her name is Lyra Heartstrings. Fern Flare, on the other hand, is the name of the pony in the picture above and some people are simply calling a different pony by the same name because they’re confused and/or going with the crowd.

Correct. When Autumn Blaze points and refers to Fern Flare, this one reacts in shock and then dismay. The others just look at her.
