Not if the other 3 images with this tag are any indication. There’s a NSFW image with a humanized Sunset Shimmer there, but if you look closely, the guy fits the same description as a “thicc boi”.

It means Big Beautiful Mare, the pony equivalent of Big Beautiful Woman. BBW is a common porn tag for thicc curvy women.
I’m thinking it means Big Boned Man, the male equivalent of Big Boned Woman, which basically just means “thicc”.
BBW is a tag that I think used to be mean and used to be about morbidly obese people, but since then enough people have been misusing it that now it’s all just a mixed bag. I’ve seen BBW things where the woman is just….slightly meaty.
