thank you so much! <3 i was worried the perspective would be off since i’ve never really drawn a pony from the back like this before, but i’m glad someone likes it! :D

This is a really neat perspective actually. Most artists pay attention to the front angle for facial expressions and the more interesting parts. Obviously it’s easier to convey a message in your art by directing the perspective to where the ‘action’ is, but this piece is much more subtle and I think it makes it all the more interesting. Plus you must have had to get pretty creative with what the back of their manes look like and you did a great job. I like what you’ve done with the curve of their backs and Trixie’s slight lean. You don’t need to see their expressions or eyes to understand what the characters are feeling or thinking. Very cute.
