This looks like the perfect way to become a stronger mare. Applejack will have to carry the weight of the ponies she swallowed making it harder to walk, run or even buck apple trees until eventually she becomes strong enough to carry her gravid belly comfortably and effortlessly.
Unfortunately for the big bellied farmer, her body will have gotten so used to having those ponies inside of her that she will be unable to push them out by herself, having to stay with her big and full belly for a long time.
But that’s not a big deal for Applejack, a big full belly won’t stop her from working in her beloved apple orchand!
