Despite all the bad times we’ve been forced to endure, as well as the bad time the Mane Six dealt with when the three villains almost defeated them, Twilight has been hoping for a better and brighter future. And it takes away all the stress, the pain, and the doubt when she sees that hope before her. Not to mention that she and her very best friends have become the embodiment of the hope Equestria will always need. A new year is coming up pretty soon, and I feel like that ray of hope will be here soon. And judging by the lovely smile on our Twily’s face, it is most certain.
