Yes it does. Why? Becuase a cursed gun is only considered cursed whenever it’s a mishmash of random parts from other guns as well as parts from stuff that would make it almost completely incapable of being functional at all. The RT-20 is a real gun, used by a real military and as such it is capable of being functional so it does not count as being cursed. Now I don’t like the design of the RT-20 myself and you don’t have to either but just because you don’t like the design does not make it cursed.

You’re pulling from what we call in fictional battle examination a “no limits” fallacy (one of two logical problems Wiz and Boomstick draw from in Death Battles).
 
 
For example, you’re taking something (such as any energy beam) and assuming it is a laser or photon-based energy beam moving at the speed of light, and being able to dodge that must mean being capable of seeing it and physically moving away, and thus applying the longest, strongest, most absurd stretch to it as an application. By that, you’re also ignoring a mountain of evidence supporting the contrary and shooting straight for (as stated) the most absurd power level that can be imagined.
 
(For the record, that’s not how dodging things work. Animals and regular human beings successfully dodge bullets, but not because they’re physically moving faster than a bullet can catch them. It’s because the small projectile only covers a very tiny space of affect, and there’s still time of aiming the weapon system to track a target which itself doesn’t move the speed of light even if shooting lasers.)
 
Another example is that you are assuming that, since the magic used therein allows her to move the sun and/or moon must means she is physically capable of withstanding the crushing density of both, and therefore she is immune to physical harm.

Assuming your postulation is correct, it fails to explain hundreds of plot holes that exist in core canonical information, just 1 example:

If Twilight were capable of physically moving so fast, faster than the speed of light with such reaction, then here where she’s shown to have more power than she does at the end of Season 9, she wouldn’t have struggled to find Owlowiscious and barely made it out. And if she were so durable as you claim, she’d have no problem intercepting Tirek’s attack and stopping it from blowing up her beloved library, nor would she have to cast a shield of protection from being thrown into a mountain.
 
Also bear in mind, Tirek being her equal in this instance (IOW, this suped up Tirek is more powerful than Twilight 2.0) was at the very least harmed, hurt, and internally wounded to some extent, meaning such attacks such as being slammed into the earth to form a broken, not deep crater, would more likely be crippling. This means she’s not an invincible goddess.
 
 
And if you want to know, the amount of force from impact by a falling piano such as what hit Twilight and incapacitated her to injury (pre-Alicorn sure but she hasn’t been shown to increase in drastic durability since, but remember a falling piano will greatly distribute the force as opposed to concentrate it) is more than 3x less than that produced by said 20mm anti-materiel rifle.
 
If you want to do proper and logical fictional battle comparisons, you need to carefully examine the averages and see what can apply to the broadest spectrum, not auto shoot for the most extreme feats on very loose assumptions, take into account that writers rarely do their research (and they’ll usually let you know when they do with consistency therein), and take any numerical information you grab with a grain of salt.

Even if you you don’t believe this, the fact that she regularly dodges lasers, which are bare minimum faster than light
 
Given that the current fastest rifle (and handheld firearm) bullet is the .220 Swift at over 4,000 feet per second (1200 meters per second) as a chemicals energy round, Twilight should still be capable of dodging this without effort
 
Even large tank and (some) artillery guns regularly match or exceed 1500–1700 meters per second in muzzle velocity and these rounds are still technically chemical energy bullets.
 
Also, while Twilight may no longer have the power of all 3 princesses in “Twilight’s Kingdom”, however through feats and scaling, she still compares to that powerset in different ways, not to mention she’s confirmed strong enough to lift the Sun AND Moon by herself
 

 
Or course, given her magic is a part of her, and serves as her life force, she would essential have to be passively strong enough to exceed the energy of a star to carry that magic indefinitely,
 
As for Rainbow Dash, it’s accepted on the Vs forums that based on these calculations https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:Lightbuster30/My_Little_Pony:_The_Sonic_Rainboom, that the Sonic Rainboom’s blast radius was equal 52.5 Teratons of force. I saw this post, and thought it seemed edgy because while most Twilybuse pics going for the shock value, this one seems to be based on science and fact, and I can assure you, going by analytical point of view, a 20MM is NOT going “tear Twilight’s clean from her shoulders” even with going by the penetration force from the bullet’s velocity

Okay, let’s say you succeed. There are three other princesses (two of which control the biggest star in the system and the moon) and the five remaining defenders of the nation who would most likely hound you for the rest of your days. And one of them has a reality bender at their beck and call.

Pray tell… where on earth did you pull this “reaction time of trillions of times the speed of light” from?
 
First, the Super Saiyan Alicorn Twilight came from the total draining of all the magic, power, and abilities from Celestia, Luna, and Cadance crammed together; that’s not her regular power even after being crowned head of Equestria. Even so, she was on par with Tirek, who was taking a beating going much slower and being rammed through mountains. That’s not the same as the increased velocity given over to a small object.
 
Also bear in mind that Twilight (and Celestia and Luna) have shown weakness, taking physical damage to effects far weaker than what a 20mm firearm is capable of, while also dodging and avoiding attacks that did less damage.

That’s… not how that works. She doesn’t create a nuclear explosion with a Sonic Rainboom. Sure she unleashes titanic energy for a being her size, but even that’s not the same as walking around being able to tank it, just that she’s emanating it.

I don’t think it matters. Rainbow Dash is weaker than Twilight, and she’s physically strong enough to create nuclear explosions
