Actually, in terms of hit points Rangers are just as tough as Fighters in 5th edition (and Pathfinder, which is what I’m used to). Its just that Rangers are more oriented towards survival skills and monster hunting, while Fighters gravitate towards weapons and armor training. In addition, a fighter is more likely to specialize towards one thing, whereas AJ has more skills than just archery.
 
And… well, there’s more indication that somepony else enchanted the arrow, since there’s no indicators AJ can even use magic in this pic, unlike Twilight. On a character level, I really don’t think arcane magic is AJ’s thing. She’s a believer in hard work rather than fancy magic. Also, on a stat level, I doubt she has the INT or CHA to do much arcane magic.

I didn’t think about Rarity possibly being a Warlock. Hm.  
Applejack maybe more wilderness oriented than most Fighters, but she’s also more toughness oriented than most Rangers. I mean technically there’s no reason to not have a Wilderness themed Fighter. While Wizards may buff party members’ weapons, there’s nothing to indicate the arrow is buffed by one of the local mages, which means the safest assumption is that the effect is being perpetuated by Applejack herself. Not an unfair argument to assume that the arrow is just an otherwise generally enchanted arrow, but still, it seems more likely to me that Applejack herself enchanted it.
 
Honestly, I have no idea why they made Pinkie a Barbarian here. Maybe to make the party feel more “balanced?” Or maybe simply because they had too many spell casters as was? Tough one.

I’d agree that Rarity is most likely a Sorcerer (or maybe even a Warlock), but I think Ranger fits AJ best. She’s a bit more wilderness-oriented than a typical fighter, complete with animal companion. As for the magic on her arrow, however… it’s fairly trivial for wizards to buff a party member’s weapons… or alternatively, they’re at a level where they can afford magic items.
 
…I’m kind of curious why Pinkie is a Barbarian in this, even though she was a Bard in Dungeons and Discords, and Rainbow has the same outfit from that ep. Maybe the party needed a tank…

No, I don’t mean what we think they might qualify as, what I mean is that Rarity’s hooded robes may fit a Sorcerer as well, while Applejack’s crossbow is clearly enchanted, which seems more like the Arcane Archer’s deal (Rangers cast spells but I don’t know if they actually cast them on their arrows). Pinkie in this image is definitely a Barbarian of a sort.

AJ seems more like a fighter to me as well, and Rarity a charismatic rouge, and Pinkie is more of a bard as well. Still, they do need a healer.

Are we sure Rarity and A.J. are a Cleric and a Ranger respectively? Because Rarity looks like she could also be a Sorcerer, and Applejack kind of looks like she could be a Fighter using the Arcane Archer discipline from 5e.

I love playing cleric in that game!

Thinking about AJ, they really should have her with Winnona as an animal companion ala D&D rangers or WOW hunters.

If DHX actually put out an entire episode were Fluttershy had clearly visible futanari assets through out the whole episode, awkwardly poking at other characters, leaving ponies like Rarity and Twilight unsure how to respond, I’d love it forever.

Now I’m not surprised that this shirt fell out from the episode’s assets - someone at Hasbro probably saw the episode and realized they had a easy free crossover they could whip in no time.
