I understand that but please explain why show it through only these two? The same thing happened in the tv series. It is not just a friendly supportive act anymore. They are together even if people still deny it. They wouldn’t show them kissing each other, it would be too “explicit” and would make the comic be banned in other countries. The same thing goes for the tv series. As for Lyra and BonBon? Neither of them kissed each other.
and whether male to male friend or female to female and not be gay.
